Pricing

Our rate for emergency Ruby on Rails support is $1200 flat-rate for the first four hours of support. Beyond four hours, the rate is $275/hour. The minimum engagement for emergency support is four hours, which is billed up front. We will inform our primary contact at your company if time is needed beyond the initial four-hour engagement, and get approval for further work.

What's included?

An experienced Senior-level Ruby on Rails Engineer will be assigned to your project to provide emergency support. This engineer will communicate quickly and thoroughly to resolve your emergency support issue.

Ready to get started?

When you’re ready, please fill out the form on this page. We will schedule a video call as soon as possible to gather details about your application, including screen sharing if necessary. Once we receive payment information for the first four hours of support, we will move forward on resolving your most urgent needs. To move as quickly as possible, make sure someone on your team is available to introduce our team to your problem. We'll work through the steps toward a resolution, together.
