Michael Kurt

As Software Delivery Manager, Michael is the person keeping projects on track and clients in the loop. He orchestrates priorities across the team's engagements, making sure the right work happens in the right order and that nothing quietly slips.

Clients feel his influence as a steady, transparent rhythm, with clear status, honest tradeoffs, and no surprises when timelines or scope shift.

His project management background runs deep. Before tech he managed operations for a large enterprise with thousands of employees, then earned Six Sigma certifications and moved into data analytics to sharpen how he plans, measures, and reduces risk in delivery. That combination of operational discipline and data-driven planning is what makes his projects predictable, and predictability is exactly what clients want when they hand us something important.

When he's not working, Michael writes fiction, co-edits a contemporary arts magazine, and spends his weekends in one of Portland’s many comic book shops.
