Gabriel Fruet

As Project Manager, Gabriel keeps engagements moving and clients informed. He builds the processes that let a small distributed team run several client projects at once without dropping threads, and he is usually the person clients hear from when priorities shift.

He came to project management through business operations. At eighteen, he moved from Brazil to London, where he co-founded a property management company and ran its office, staffing, and finances before returning home to earn a BA in Business. In 2020, he moved into tech as a project manager at an American software company, where he built delivery processes from scratch and established the company's PMO to standardize operations across projects.

That operations background is why his projects get structured early, keeping a scope change from becoming a surprise.

Outside of work, Gabriel plays sports, watches movies, and cooks for friends.
