Gabriel Fruet

Gabriel's international journey began at 18 when he moved to London to work on various roles before co-founding a property management business with a friend. Managing the office, overseeing staff operations, and steering the finances gave him an early, hands-on experience in business operations. By the end of 2019, he decided to return home to Brazil, where he earned his BA in Business. As the pandemic hit, Gabriel transitioned his leadership skills into the tech world, stepping into a Project Manager role for an American software house. Embracing the fast-paced startup environment, he used his management background to build scalable processes from scratch, ultimately establishing the company's PMO team to standardize operations across all projects.

Gabriel appreciates the culture of autonomy at Planet Argon, empowering individuals to be creative and responsible, focusing on delivering real value to clients.

When he's not managing projects, he stays active by playing sports, catching up on movies, and cooking for friends.
