Gabriel Fruet

My international journey began at 18 when I moved to London, where I worked on various roles before co-founding a property management business with a friend. Managing the office, overseeing staff operations, and steering the finances gave me an early, hands-on experience in business operations. By the end of 2019, I decided to return home to Brazil, where I got my BA in Business. As the pandemic hit, I transitioned my leadership skills into the tech world, stepping into a Project Manager role for an American software house. Embracing the fast-paced startup environment, I used my management background to build scalable processes from scratch, ultimately establishing the company's PMO team to standardize operations across all projects.

What I love most about Planet Argon is the deep culture of autonomy, empowering individuals to be creative and responsible, focusing on delivering real value to clients.

When I'm not managing projects, I stay active by playing sports, catching up on movies, and cooking for friends.
