Generate Ideas To Discuss

With a shared understanding of the problem, everyone in the group will participate in idea generation exercises, ensuring all ideas are brought to the table and discussed. Exercises get the creative juices flowing and break down the "creative barriers" to ensure no solution is left unexplored.

Test And Challenge Ideas To Find The Right Solutions

With ideas and solutions mapped out, the team can explore all of the potential ideas and determine which solutions merit consideration.

Build And Test In Days

With an idea to test, the team can work on a simple prototype to put in front of real users. This breaks down the hurdles of a normal project process and gets real ideas in front of users in days rather than months. This process reduces wasted time and resources spent going down the wrong path and yields helpful feedback early on which to iterate.
